  • TaskProject consisting of widening the existing limited access roadway in Metairie, Louisiana. Project extended from Veterans Boulevard to Clearview Parkway.
What the project consists of:
  • 2 lanes and shoulders in each direction
  • New drainage installed to drain new median area which consists of dual concrete barrier walls
  • Existing bridge rail removed and new bridge deck splicing for additional lanes and shoulders added
  • Sound barrier wall added to both sides for the sound protection of the adjacent neighborhoods
